sonic boom rise of lyric download

The first blog post is about the rise of lyric download because it's so popular these days. It's a personal favorite for many people because it just makes life easier. A lot of people were not too happy to see it take off but eventually gave in to its convenience. There are two ways that you can get the lyrics to your favorite songs, one is by using YouTube and other video sites, which has become more difficult lately. YouTube has begun to claim copyright for certain music videos, so you now have to use their website. YouTube is very strict on what they allow on there, so what originally was allowed is now even more limited. There are also many other video sites that are being blocked by YouTube as well, so it's also hard to find what you are looking for. The other way is by emailing the artist directly. It is very unlikely that you will get a reply back but there are still some artists who do respond. This method of finding the lyrics is less convenient because not everyone is willing to email someone they don't know personally just for lyrics. A lot of people use a program called lyricfairy, which is a web application that manages a database of lyrics and allows you to email the artist. The artist will then look in the database and give you the lyrics, usually within a day or two. This method is easier for some people because they can go to their favorite site and find what they want to listen to. Lyrics downloads are not only popular among  people with iPods but also many people who don't have them. There are currently over three million songs on iTunes that have been downloaded from the site. It is very unlikely that every single one has been purchased but most likely there are at least a few thousand that have been downloaded from it. This method of getting music is very convenient but on the other hand is a horrible way to support the artist. Artists receive 10 percent of what is paid for a song on iTunes, which is a big drop from their normal cut from a bought CD. The artists that don't have a label backing them will not get any money from iTunes because the site does not pay them until 45 days after they have been paid by Apple. Even with all of this information laid out, it looks as though few people care about the artists getting paid. They still download it and get away with it, so they will continue to do so until Apple decides to get rid of their site for good. Free mp3 downloads are also very popular among people who don't have an iPod. They are very different from iTunes because they aren't legal. Most people use them because they can't afford a CD or a download from iTunes, but this is definitely a short term solution because it will get you banned from kazaa and other sites. The following article talks about the law on downloading music . It states that if you didn't make it or copy it, then you shouldn't own it. This is exactly the way most people look at downloading; they feel like they don't really own it if they didn’t pay for it. eccc085e13
